You will get a 10'x8'' space and includes a skirted table and 2 chairs. Includes all privileges to the convention less our Saturday night banquet.

We have 100+ regular attendees plus 200-300 additional guests on August 30 & 31.

We will give out over 150 programs to the agents and the artists and those who order them from us. We also POST this on our Facebook Fan Page and Group Page.  Don't miss this opportunity to advertise what you do.  Great for artists, agents or any type of business.

Show Your Own Promotional Video On Our TWO Giant Screens During  Our Showcases.   Your video must be no more than 60 Seconds in length. It will play as our "Pre-Show" as guests are coming in both days of our main showcases and our Horizon Showcase.  It will also play during intermission and as a "Post-Show" as guests are leaving our showcases.

It's a great deal for those attending and for those who will not be able to make it as well.  Vendors and Entertainment Companies are welcome to show their promo video as well.  It's great for Tribute Bands too!

Bring Your Swag Bag Items:  We MUST have them by: Wednesday, August 29, 2018 @ 2:00PM / You may ship them to us or drop them off at the hotel.  DO NOT SHIP THEM TO THE HOTEL AS THEY CHARGE US $50 PER BOX.

-We will be giving out over 150 swag bags again this year.  It's the tote style bags that our attendees and agents can use to collect promo, swag and etc. in.  ​​

-We like to put items in there.... items like ink pens, magnets, bumper stickers, key chains, note pads, candy bars, mini-bottles, stress balls, etc., etc. (There is NO CHARGE to place your items in these bags.) You don't even have to attend Sunburst to have the items put in there.  Just send them to us and we'll put them in the bags for you.

Send: 150 items if you want EVERYONE to get your item. OR...send 75 for entertainers/ 75 for agents.

Note:  We DO NOT place promotional material like head shots, business cards, one sheets or postcards in the bags.
